Pay online directly with your credit/debit card, by calling our Box Office on 0121 296 9543 or pay by cash in person in the office. Whilst we advise pre-booking on all of our events – as we cannot guarantee ticket availability – there may, on occasion, be tickets available on-the-door which can be purchased upon arrival by cash or debit card.
Small booking fees may be applied to shows. This is typically set at 50p per ticket (the lowest theatre rate) and goes towards running costs and renovation of the charity-run venue.
Yes, absolutely. You can buy directly from the Box Office. Alternatively, you can pay online (24/7) or over the phone 0121 296 9543 (Mon-Fri, 10AM-4PM).

Yes, you can purchase tickets on the door. We are unable to guarantee tickets on the door and you may like to check availability with the Box Office before you travel.
It is free to print your own tickets or to collect your pre-paid tickets on the door. Please ensure you have some form of ID with you to collect your tickets.
Yes. You can save printing costs by bringing your e-ticket to the venue on your smart phone or tablet. All ticket purchases and seat allocations are recorded for your security.
The seating plans are visible when you book your tickets – there may be slight variations in seating arrangements depending on the type of performance.
Concessions are tickets available at a discounted rate. This applies to tickets for children under 16, seniors, students and guests with disabilities.
Ticket concessions are available on select shows only. Please check for concessions when you purchase online or over the phone.
We periodically will offer a limited time offer on select shows. These will usually be announced on our social media channels and through our e-newsletters.
