Jamie New is 16 and lives on a council estate in Sheffield. Jamie dreams of becoming a drag queen and doesn’t quite fit in. Jamie is terrified about the future - but Jamie is going to be a sensation!

Supported by his brilliant, loving mum, and surrounded by his friends, Jamie overcomes prejudice, beats the bullies, and steps out of the darkness and into the spotlight.
With an original score of catchy pop tunes this upbeat and touching coming-of-age musical will have audiences up on their feet dancing, laughing and (perhaps) shedding a tear or two.
