    • By Phone: Please contact our Box Office on 0121 296 9543. Our opening hours are Monday – Friday: 10am – 4pm. Excluding bank holidays.

    • In Person: You can pop in and see us from Monday – Friday: 10am – 4pm. Excluding bank holidays. Our friendly Box Office team are more than happy to help you with any enquiry.

  • There are several ways to purchase tickets for various shows such as:

    • A small booking fee of £1 per ticket will be applied to any ticket purchased online or in person.

    • All ticket sales are final. No exchanges, refunds or upgrades will be available at the box office.

    • Yes, you can purchase tickets on the door although, we cannot guarantee last minute availability and therefore, you may like to check with the Box Office before travelling.

    • Our Box Office is open 1 hour prior to the show start time.

    • Email: Provide your email address when purchasing the tickets and select the email option on purchase to receive your tickets via eTicket which can be shown upon arrival.

    • Posting: You can select the post option on purchase to receive your tickets via post. This will be at an additional cost of £1.50 posting charge.

    • Direct: You can receive your tickets directly from the Box Office when purchasing in person. Furthermore, you can let our Box Office team know that you will be collecting your tickets on the night of the event by calling 0121 296 9543 or emailing enquiries@suttoncoldfieldtownhall.com.

    • Concession tickets apply to children under 16, students, seniors, carers, or guests with disabilities.

    • Concession tickets vary depending on each show. Please check online or contact our Box office, Monday – Friday: 10am – 4pm. Excluding bank holidays.
