By purchasing a ticket by telephone, in person, via the desktop or mobile website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of sale.

Tickets are sold by RSCCTHT for their own productions, on behalf of other producers, promoters and event organisers.

RSCCTHT reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised programme or casting where unavoidable.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE:

1.       Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable once purchased.

2.       All ticket prices quoted by RSCCTHT in print and online are subject to change at any time. 

3.       In response to demand, we may adapt prices, seating areas, and discounting. 

4.       We may also limit or restrict access to concession rates.

5.       Please check your tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified after the event.

6.       Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or applied retrospectively. 

7.       Discounts can be withdrawn by us at any time.

8.       RSCCTHT reserves the right to make additional targeted special ticket offers in addition to those published in brochures or on websites from time to time, and to withdraw them at any time.

9.       Tickets are sold for use by the buyer only (and his or her party) and are not for resale for commercial gain by the holder. We reserve the right to cancel tickets and refuse entry where this condition is breached.

TRANSACTION CHARGES

Where transaction charges apply this will be set at the ticket calculation, before checkout.

TICKET EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

1.       Ticket exchanges may be available up to one week prior to a performance at our discretion and by agreement with producing companies. Exchanges can only be made for later performances of the same production, subject to an administrative fee.

2.       This exchange offer excludes Group Bookings of 10 or more tickets.

3.       We reserve the right not to accept tickets for re-sale. However, when we do accept tickets for resale, this will only be once all other available tickets are sold and subject to a fee.

4.       The producer or event promoter is primarily responsible for all refunds. Generally, no ticket price will be refunded when more than half the performance has taken place, or if the interval has been reached.

5.       We reserve the right to provide alternative seats to those purchased of the same or greater value.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, AGE GUIDANCE, SECURITY AND SAFETY

1.       We reserve the right to refuse admission where we believe other patrons’ comfort, enjoyment or security may be affected.

2.       Every patron entering the auditorium must be in possession of a ticket.

3.       For reasons of Health and Safety and Fire Regulations, patrons, children and babes in arms must be in possession of a valid ticket on entering the building auditorium. Children and babes in arms must be accompanied and sat with the paying adult at all times.

4.       To prevent the disturbance of other patrons, children under the age of 2 are not usually admitted. Exceptions may include pantomime and other children’s performances, please call box office for further guidance.

5.      Please be aware that some shows may involve the audience standing and/or dancing and on occasion customers are encouraged to stand/dance from the artistes themselves.

MOBILE PHONES & FILMING

1.       Mobile phones, cameras and any form of video recording equipment is strictly forbidden anywhere in the auditorium.

2.       All alarms on mobile phones, digital watches and other devices must be switched off at all times in the auditorium.

3.       In some cases where filming is allowed this will be announced at the start of the show. We reserve the right, in particular where the welfare of juvenile performers is involved, to eject any individual caught in breach of this no filming/photography rule and the show MAY be stopped until the phone is removed, or the individual has vacated the auditorium.  Please see our House Rules.

SMOKING & FOOD AND DRINK & STROBE LIGHTING, HAZE & SPECIAL AFFECTS

1.       Smoking and vaping in all areas of Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Hall Venue is strictly forbidden.

2.       Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed in the building.

3.       Strobe lighting, haze and special effects may be used in some performances.  Please check with the Theatre before purchasing. For some performances, we offer relaxed performances for people with special preferences.
