Refunds, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Please note all ticket sales are final. No exchanges, refunds or upgrades will be available at the Box Office.

  • On rare occasions, shows can be rescheduled. Please be aware that our Box Office team will contact each individual person to notify them of any change. This can be via email or phone. If this occurs the guest will have an option to either reschedule their tickets or request for a refund via our Box Office team. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to return into the account.

  • On very rare occasions a show may be cancelled. Please be aware that our Box Office team will notify each individual person on the cancellation, and you will be issued with a full refund in the same way the payment was made. Notifications to guests will be made via email or phone. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to return into the account.
